Please Note

Please check the report form narrative requirements listed on each cover sheet.

The CSP narratives may not exceed two (2) single-spaced typed pages in no less than 10 point type

Special Project Narratives may vary - please be sure and follow the narrative requirements listed on the cover sheet for each special project.

Reporting Guidelines from the 2010-2012 Yearbook

This was a question that came up at Institute:

In the Community Service Programs, clubwomen do a lot for children. If these projects are reporting in the Community Service Programs can they also be reported in the Advocates for Children Special Project?

To avoid cross reporting, you can only report the data under either CSP or JSP. So, you can include information in the narratives for both, but you cannot report the numbers twice.
